Christian Education

Children are the heart of the our church community and will carry the torch of our faith into the next generation.

The Christian Education Committee has the privilege and joy of helping to provide a vibrant and engaging Christian education to the children of SCC.

The Committee oversees the Christian Ed (CE) Director, assists with CE classes, helps to organize our much-loved Christmas pageant, and provides special events “just for our kids”. Some of these events are Easter Egg Hunts, a Parade of Palms, special gifts for our mothers and fathers on their special day, Rally Day to kick off each new Sunday School year, and a special children’s Sunday with a picnic in June!

The Christian Education Committee is responsible for the general Christian Education program of the Church, especially in the Church School and Youth programs.  The Committee meets monthly before church.
