Crafty Ladies

The Crafty Ladies meet  Wednesday mornings during the winter, spring and fall.  During this time, we work on crafts that are sold at our annual Village Fair.  When summer arrives and Santa flies to the South Pole, the SCC Elves close up shop and enjoy their summer.  Once fall is here, we kick into high gear and meet every Wednesday at 9:30 AM in the Green Chair Room until the first Saturday in December when the Village Fair takes place.

No artistic ability is required.  If you can use a glue gun and you like to have fun, then you qualify.
Young and old and in between – we would love for you to join us!

Calling all SCC Elves

Well it’s that time of year when the Village Fair craft workshops begin. We will meet every first and third Wednesday mornings, (9:30 am), in the Green Chair room until December 7. This month we’ll meet on Wednesdays, Sept. 4 and 18, please mark your calendars. As you can see this is not a big commitment just 2 mornings a month. If you have other commitments on those mornings then you can work on something at home. For example, if your talent is knitting then a pair of mittens or a hat would be fine. I know we have many talented men in our congregation. Those of you that are good with your hands and tools then make something for the Village Fair. Any contribution big or small is greatly appreciated. For those of you that can give up a Wednesday morning not to worry we have projects for you to work on. Come join us I guarantee you will have a fun filled morning.
